Australian authorities have thwarted what they say was a terror plot organized by members of the Islamic State or ISIS. According to the World Health Organization desperate patients are purchasing blood from survivors of the virus. The blood is believed to contain antibodies that can combat the deadly disease. One of the agreements will see the Chinese government investing 20 BILLION dollars in India_s infrastructure over a five-year period.
